Every monsoon, when the river Kosi becomes monstrous and unstoppable, farmlands and fields get flooded like this in many parts of Bihar.
NH-2 (Durgapur to Kolkata). The fields running parallel to the motorable lanes decorate themselves with rows of kans/kash flowers during Autumn; which makes the highway sight on of the best in the country.
